Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Prohibited, protected or illegally-traded species must not be listed.

2. Transactions

PakBirds is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to transactions and are not liable for the condition of birds. Always inspect before paying.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, abuse or policy violations.

4. Delivery

PakBirds Delivery is provided as a convenience. Delivery times and fees are estimates and may vary.
